How to use "StoreYa Users" Segment to monitor your Traffic Booster sales within your Google Analytics

** For GA4 tracking, please refer to this guide.

The most accurate way to monitor Google Ads sales is by using - you guessed it - Google Ads.

That's the reason we report Google Ads stats to your Traffic Booster’s dashboard. If you wish to see those numbers within your Google Analytics, you will need to segment your source/medium using the guide below (here is why).

1. Log into your Google Analytics and browse to Acquisition > All Traffic > Source/Medium

2. If this is the first time you are using this guide, click on the following link and then tick "Any view" and click on the "Create" button. This will save a segment on your Google Analytics enabling you to view StoreYa users.

3. Did you go through #2 above now or have you done so in the past?
Browse to Acquisition > All Traffic > Source/Medium and click on "Add Segment"

4. Browse to "StoreYa Users", tick a "V" next to it and click "Apply".

5. Remove the "All Users" segment to prevent duplication

6. Review StoreYa stats (make sure not to include dates before starting to work with StoreYa's Traffic Booster).

The above steps do not work for me. I log in to GA and follow the steps you outline. When I click on the link in Step 2 it takes me to the GA log in screen and does not add a segment. It just takes around and around doing the same thing over and over.

This worked just fine for me, the instructions were easy to follow.

I decided not to remove the All Users view as suggested.

I can now see the sales and visitors attributed to StoreYa.

Followup.  After a couple of weeks, I don't believe I am seeing accurate data; it is different from the Dashboard provided by StoreYa. As a few people here have commented that the 'instructions don't work' for them, perhaps StoreYa's team can update the document?
