1. Navigate through the root folder of OpenCart

2. Click on Catalog -> View -> Theme [Theme name] >> template >> Common

3. You’ll note the footer.tpl file

4. Open the file and paste the Exit Pop code you've received from StoreYa.com right before the </body> tag

5. Save and you're done!
