I have 2 Etsy stores. Would it be possible to import both stores into one facebook store?

    Hi there Miller.

You can't have two stores in one Fan page.

As I understand it, if I go for the free option, this does not update products from my etsy store once the facebook store is set up.

How do you then remove and add products to the facebook store over time?

    Hi Linda,

Your Etsy shop will always be up to date with your web store. Automatically of course, also in our free plan.

If you wish to edit the products manually - you can do so only with our paid plan.

I have done everything and when I click on my  facebook shop tab, it goes to the page that says "import still in progress".

It's been like that for over half an hour.

Emma - If I end up with more than 50 items in my Etsy store, how will the automation deal with this?  Will it drop off the old and add the new for instance?

    Hi Lynda,

We recently upgraded our Etsy solution and from now on your store will be synced at all times, no matter how many items you have in your shop.

Some of my Etsy products have more than one item in stock ... for example I have the same product 16 times available.

This does not seem to be supported in my StoreYa store on Facebook. I just sold on FB one of the articles with multiples in stock, but it didn't not synchronize back to Etsy (I also did not get any notification besides the Paypal notification of payment).

    1. Is there any way that I can enter multiples of the same item in StoreYa?
    2. How long does it take for the StoreYa sale to sync back to my Etsy store?
    3. Will there be any other notification beside the Paypal payment notification?

    Thanks!

Hi Emma, would you know why the etsy items do not display in a regular array of thumbnails on facebook? Instead of having a 4x3 items I get 4 rows where each row can 1 or 2 items. It is just a glitch since all the items are there, but presentation does count when one is selling...

    Thanks,

    Rui

    Hi Emma,

When I try syncing my Facebook and Etsy stores through StoreYa, the product descriptions are imported without any line or paragraph breaks. It looks like a large chunk of copy. Is there any way to fix that?

Secondly, I am not able to import variations on my items from Etsy. For example different size options for the same product. Does StoreYa not support that?

    Thank you so much.
