Connecting your store to your Facebook fan page - Troubleshooting

There can be quite a few reasons that your store is not yet connected to your Facebook fan page.

Please check which alert best describes your case:

  •   "This application is already installed for all applicable pages"

You need to browse to your Facebook fan page and click on the new "Shop Now" tab.

If this doesn’t help, please follow Re-connecting your store to your Facebook fan page guide.

  •  "Coming soon" screen

You need to log in to your Facebook fan page with the same Facebook personal profile you used to sign up to StoreYa. If this doesn’t do the trick, you need to follow Connecting store to Facebook guide.

  •  "You do not admin any pages for which this application can be installed"

You need to create a Facebook fan page. See How to open a Fan page to do so.

    cant tell if my shop is published or not ... i like this app but kind of complicated ... thank you tilly feldman

    Hello Tilly, I can see you did import your shop, but you have deleted the store tab from your fan page.

    I'm sending you an email now with how to restore it.

    I've imported my Etsy store to facebook and I can see it but nobody else can. Same with all of my facebook apps. Is there a setting somewhere I have missed???

    Please recheck it - I see no issues whats so ever.

    So strange. Thanks for having a look. My mum says she can see them but two o my girlfriends can't all they see is a blank white screen.

    No problem at all. I guess they are doing something wrong. Try to tell them ro re-check.

    I agree Tilly I signed up and connected in 5 minutes, put 3 products in, wanted to do the rest this weekend, and cannot find how to get into the back End of the Store.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Simply log in at StoreYa.com and you will get to your store back end.

    My account said that my store has synched as of yesterday.  It still has not updated the items  I had done since Aug. 6th.  I have posted several new items since then.  I also have changed how I wanted my store to look and that has not happened.  Please help.

    Hi Debbie, please check your store in about 20 minutes to see if the sync is ok now.

    Regarding your second point - please email me at emma@storeya.com what exactly are you trying to configure and we'll continue there.

    Hello,
    need help. I cannot sync my store to facebook.
    Its says "At least 10% of your store wasn't imported
    We are now working to sort this out, and will be emailing you once done."
