    Hi Edward,

When you visit your Facebook shop use the same Facebook profile you used to sign in with StoreYa (Make sure you are not logged in as a page, that's important, if so just switch it to your personal profile).

    Keep me updated.

    Thanks,

    Emma

My store has been imported your store and connected it to your Facebook fan page, but again only see a 'coming soon' screen - now what?

I have logged into with the same personal profile, two people are administrators, my self and my son. We both logged in and still see 'coming soon' screen.

How do It get to the part to  customized the page?

I do not see th 'Publish Free'

    Please help

    Hello Philippa,

I can see that you've already imported your store, but you didnt connect it to your fan page. (You do have one, right?)

Did you make sure you logged in to StoreYa.com with the same personal Facebook profile you used when you first signed in?

    Please try the following:

If you have successfully imported your store, and just need to connect it to your Facebook fan page, please execute the following steps:

    1. Click on the following link (while being connected to Facebook with the same Facebook profile you have registered to StoreYa.com) - http://www.facebook.com/add.php?api_key=78546425e2282124a38983a85e839c77&pages
    2. Choose the Facebook fan page you want your store to appear in.
    3. Click the new 'Store' tab that would be added to your fan page.
    4. Once you are happy with your store's customization, click the "Publish Store" button (free or premium according to your needs)

    Hi Emma,

I too am having trouble navigating. o see no "Store" tab on my personal facebook page. I do see my "Etsy page listed under "pages".

When I click on this it takes me to my Admin Panel where I can then scroll down to see my Etsy shop page. When I click on the "store " or shop Now" tab I get the page that says "Coming soon." I do not see a "Publish Store" button anywhere.  Cany you walk this pour soul through it step by step ?

    Thanks,

    Rene Sprattling

    Hello Rene,

It seems like you did import your store, but you haven't yet connected it to your brand Fan page. Please note you can't connect your store to your personal Facebook profile. Your personal profile will be used in order to log in to StoreYa back office. You can publish your store from the back office, not from the store itself.

Here's a link that will guide you through the short process of creating your brand a Facebook fanpage, in case you don't have one yet:

    https://storeya.zendesk.com/entries/20308661-how-to-open-a-fan-page

Please update me if you manage to do so.

    Hi Barbara,

I can see you have canceled and deleted your account.

In order for you to publish your store you must sign up again by logging in at StoreYa.com and re-import your store.

If you still encounter any issue please feel free to mail me directly to emma@storeya.com

    It worked!  Great!

Now, I have a quick question.  How do I get to have more than one store under my FB profile?  I manage several FB pages and I would like to use your solution in several of them not just one.  Is it possible?

    Hi Emma,

I must be being really stupid, but I have the same problem as many others... I just can't see the button... I've logged in as myself (www.facebook.com/carlakoala) and both of my fan pages (www.facebook.com/inspiritvintage and www.facebook.com/inspiritinteriors) and I can see the link to the store is there, and I'm sure it used to click through to etsy, but now neither work... if I'm in my personal page I don't know where to go to find a button, because there is no store link from there... is that the problem, does my shop have to appear on my personal page ??  Help !!  I'm so sorry you must be sick of answering this question !! Thanks Carla x

Can't seem to get this working, keeps saying 'In order to publish your store you need to be logged into StoreYa using the same Facebook profile you used to import your store' even though I am.  Is this because I connected it to a local business page rather than a fan page?
