Facebook's search engine shows different results to each user according to the relevancy it finds between the user and the pages Facebook has to offer him as results to his search query at that moment.
The relevancy is determined according to the number of likes the pages have, but also according to the number of likes they have from that user or his friends.
Facebook also changes its results over time if it finds that a user is clicking on a specific result.
Once your store has more likes (preferebly such of your friends), you will be able to see your store in Facebook's search engine results.
